Important Policies

• A $30 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. Your appointment is not secured unless the deposit is received, which you can send through the email below. (Your appointment will be held for 24 hours).
• No deposit within 24 hrs = declined appointment.
• No refunds & no exceptions.
• Your deposit made for your scheduled appointment is non-refundable and can be rescheduled once and only if done so outside the 24 hr mark.
• If you try to reschedule more than once, a new deposit is required.
15 minutes late to your appointment = cancelled + 50% cancellation fee.
Reschedule/cancel within 24 hrs = 50% cancellation fee.
Your fee must be received prior to scheduling or you will no longer be re-booked. No show = no future bookings.
Your lashes must be clean before attending your service. Additional fee of $10 for a deep clean lash bath if you come in your appointment with eye makeup.
Any significant loss must be reported within 48 hrs for a free refill. Refill must be booked within 5 days. If an allergic reaction occurs, a removal service will be scheduled free of charge, but service will not be refunded.
No foreign fills.
